We’re Macy and Rachel—born and raised in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida, and real estate partners who know firsthand how much staging can make—or break—a listing.

We’ve hired professional staging services ourselves, and while helpful, we often found ourselves swapping out furniture, tweaking décor, and still thinking, “Hmm… this could be better.” That’s when we thought: why not do it ourselves?

What started as staging our own listings quickly turned into a full-fledged staging service, and we’re so excited to now help homeowners and realtors throughout St. Augustine and the surrounding areas.

Our approach is a little different from the usual “staging rules.” We focus on luxury, clean, modern, and neutral designs that let a home’s beauty shine—no cheesy décor, clutter, or knick-knacks everywhere. Sometimes, less really is more. We love creating spaces that feel inviting, stylish, and instantly memorable, making it easy for buyers to fall in love the moment they walk in.
