Rachel Day was born and raised locally in St. Augustine, she graduated from the University of Florida and she has over 18 years of professional experience in executive management, property management & real estate development. She began her career in banking which led her to Chicago, IL. There she worked for a successful, innovative real estate development and property management firm. Her high energy approach and business savvy were nonpareil to the success of the company. She ultimately returned to St. Augustine to be closer to her family, many of whom were established in the real estate industry. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Rachel developed a passion for real estate investments and found she genuinely enjoyed the process of helping others.  Her greatest attribute is her ability to establish and nurture client relationships, which, when coupled with her diligent work ethic result in satisfying outcomes for everyone. 

When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Walker, and two children Layla Grayce & Beckham. She also loves cooking/entertaining, fishing, boating, traveling and soaking up the sun on the beach.
